These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the net20 platform and all its services. By visiting the net20 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services at net20, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (applicable for ages 21+).
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and operate the account in your own name.
• Opening a new account is prohibited if a previous account was closed for any reason.

Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of someone else is also not permitted.

Account Verification & Security

net20 may request documents to verify your identity at any time if necessary. This may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other proof of identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

We use SSL encryption technology to protect your information. However, the security of internet transmissions cannot be fully guaranteed, so it is also your responsibility to keep your own device and network secure.

Deposit Methods

Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for each method). A payment account registered in your own name must be used for every transaction. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Your identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following situations:

• If account verification is incomplete.
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• If a security review is ongoing.
• If a technical or banking disruption occurs.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Bonus calculation examples: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; a ৳18,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets required to withdraw bonus winnings.

Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations. The contribution rate for specific games is stated separately in the bonus terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If any fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited.
• net20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games available at net20 — slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, and sports betting — are subject to these Terms. The following rules must be followed while playing:

• If a technical error or disconnection occurs in any game, net20 reserves the right to cancel or review the result of that round.
• Using betting software or automated tools to play games is prohibited.
• Exploiting or abusing any loopholes in game rules is prohibited.
• Disrespectful behavior toward fellow players or dealers in live dealer games is not allowed.
• In sports betting, account adjustments will be made once the outcome of the bet is confirmed.

Responsible Gaming
